Born and raised in Paris, France where Julien graduated with a bachelor in Economics & Finance, he gained his early professional experience from the banking industry where he worked for a large US bank as a financial institutions analyst in Boston and in London.

Trilingual, Julien is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

A graduate of Boston's Brandeis International Business School with a major in Finance, Julien discovered the real estate scene in Paris where he brokered his first commercial & residential transactions in the City of Light.

His interest for large cosmopolitan environments eventually took him to New York where his increasingly growing passion for real estate and his drive to serve a demanding international clientele were fulfilled by founding Prime Realty Luxury, a premier Wall Street-based brokerage firm.

Passions: traveling, football, poker & dining out in the city.

Originally from Southern France where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sales and a Master's degree in Marketing, Loic worked several years in five star hotels throughout California and in Anguilla where the clientele are deserving of impeccable and expedient attention synonymous with luxury service.  During that time he learned the importance of understanding a guest's expectations in order to anticipate their needs-a lesson he continues to practice and hones with his real estate clients in New York.
